This form does not take the place of the individual registration forms provided by the various parade/activity
providers (unless otherwise directed). You need to apply for each parade/activity, pay the fee if so required
(unless otherwise directed), and get a confirmation from each. The information you provide through this form
will make it easier for members to see who else is joining them, and will make it easier to coordinate meeting places etc.
Fill it as soon as you get a confirmation for a parade/activity, and when you get the next one, fill it again (it's free :-)
